How long does shipping take?

Standard US shipping can take between 5-7 business days. International shipping can take between 7-40 days.

**Also, keep in mind that our goal is to source the best products for our customers. What this means is that we use different manufacturers for different products. Each manufacturer provides us with shipping updates regularly on their shipping & production times in relation to COVID, supply & demand etc., which we then pass along to our customers.

This also means that you may receive multiple packages depending on which of our partners manufactured the items you purchased.**

How much does shipping cost?

We felt that it would be a win for the DEVOTED community if we offered free shipping on all US orders. Enjoy! :) 😊  

When will my order ship?

We understand that you want your items ASAP (we would want them too, these designs are AWESOME)! It typically takes us between 48-72 hours to manufacture your item. Some items take longer. Check our shipping page for extensive information regarding shipping times. After the item is processed at our manufacturer, you will receive an email or text confirmation letting you know that your item has shipped. 

Can I use multiple codes on an order?

Unfortunately, only one coupon can be used per order at this time.

I forgot to add a coupon to the order. What can I do?

If you realize that you forgot to add a coupon, and it hasn't been longer than 1 hour, email us at admin@devotedoutlet.com and we'll get it added to your order. If it has been longer than 24 hour, unfortunately we can not add the coupon.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item?

We're very sorry to hear that! If we sent you an incorrect order, please email us at customerservice@devotedoutlet.com with an image of your packing slip, an image of the item that was incorrectly printed, as well as the tag. We will reach back out to you shortly with an update on replacing the item as soon as we hear back from our supplier. 

What do I do if my item has been damaged?

Don't worry! We can replace the item for you within 30 days from the time of purchase. To get your item replaced, please email customerservice@devotedoutlet.com

My t-shirt smells funny?

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a candle-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.

Why did I not get an email with shipping information yet?

Rest assured, you will receive shipping information when it it available. You can always track your orders through the Shop APP based on the email address you provided.
